Welcome, introductions, coffee, essential briefings.
To begin with we will cover, as quickly as possible, basic health and safety in the kitchen, what to do in an emergency, where the loos are, who takes milk and sugar and anything else that seems pertinent to us all having a good time.

Chilli sauce tasting, idea development, drafting recipe idea.
There is no shortage of inspiration at Chilli Towers! With 20 or more products to sample, compare and discuss we'll soon be honing your ideas down to a proposed recipe. The Chilli Devil will be able to advise on technique, flavour, heat, ingredients and food safety.

Work! Work! Work and enjoy it! Time to wash your hands and then get them dirty again. Chopping, blending, peeling, de-stalking, crushing, squeezing and mixing our way to a pan full of your very own chilli sauce!
