Did you know I also make Yorkshire Ketchup and Yorkshire Brown Sauce?

Yorkshire Ketchup and Yorkshire Brown Sauce both feature rhubarb as a key ingredient. Rhubarb is ideal in both recipes because of it's tendency to take on the flavour of whatever it is cooked with and it's low ph value. This latter fact reduces the amount of vinegar needed in the recipe, allowing more of the other flavours to shine through. The result is great tasting sauce, instantly recognisable on a generic level, but unique at the same time.
