Made with Ancho, Chipotle and Habanero chillies, molasses and heaps of red wine. Rich, warming, smokey and utterly delicious. Chile Foundry described this as a "well crafted" chilli sauce. Use as a dipping sauce, a marinade or cooking ingredient. Try a teaspoonful in scrambled eggs at breakfast time, or in a rich beef gravy at dinner time. Spread it on a sandwich or add it to a stir fry - you'll find lots of uses for this sauce!
